Hello and Welcome!
At Mindset Solutions Counselling, I assist adults in finding their path amidst life’s changes. Whether it’s relationships, careers, self-discovery, or coping with anxiety, depression, and stress, my practice is here to help. I specialize in the Gottman Method for couples counselling and find pure joy in bringing couples back into alignment with each other.
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with CAP and a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology, I apply a biopsychosocial perspective and theories like solutions-focused, internal family systems, and person-centred.
Mental health is vital for self-care. I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment to unload daily burdens and discover strategies for a better tomorrow.
In addition to counselling, I contribute to the global understanding of psychology through academic writing. Check out my works on Adlerian Psychotherapy and Naturalistic Child Observation.
